1. What paint do you use?
We prefer Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paint products
2. Do you supply the paint?
Lauro Painting supplies all paint and materials. Since we have contractor accounts and spend a large amount annually with these two paint suppliers, we are given a reduced cost on products. We pass a discount to the client.
3. How many painters will be at my house?
We typically work in teams of two. We have a foreman dedicated to your project and their teammate is with them. If you have a large project we may add another teammate to help. On the occasion that it’s a large project with a strict deadline you may see two foreman and two teammates on the project. All Lauro painting team members are 100% employees and zero sub contractors. It is important to us to keep the same painters at your home for the length of your painting project.
4. How long will the project take?
The length of the project will be determined by how many hours we estimate it to complete. Once we schedule your project and give you the start date, we will also be able to provide an estimated finish date. That date can change with additional work requested and/or weather delays, assuming it’s an exterior project.
5. How do I schedule the start date?
All we need is for the client to hit “approve” on our digital estimate. You will immediately receive an email confirming your approved project. We will send you your start date within 5 working days. Along with your start date email, you will receive a checklist of items needed to prepare for your Lauro painting crew.
